"Atomic Habits" by James Clear

An oldie for us, but so good we had to include it in this years line up. Simply...there's a reason why he's sold over 20 million copies to date, and why there are two hard back editions in our house!

For those of you who don't know the book, "Atomic Habits" offers a proven framework for improving daily habits and achieving remarkable results through tiny changes.

Clear, one of the world's leading experts on habit formation, provides practical strategies for forming good habits, breaking bad ones, and mastering the small behaviors that lead to significant outcomes. He emphasizes that the issue with changing habits isn't a lack of desire but rather the systems we use.

Clear’s mantra, "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems," encapsulates his approach.

Drawing from biology, psychology, and neuroscience, Clear distills complex topics into simple, actionable behaviors. His guide is filled with inspiring true stories from Olympic gold medalists, award-winning artists, business leaders, and others who have mastered the science of small habits. The book teaches readers how to make time for new habits, overcome a lack of motivation and willpower, design environments for success, and get back on track when they falter.

"Atomic Habits" is a game-changer, I can't stress that enough - it's completely reshaped how I think about progress and success. It equips readers with the tools and strategies needed to transform habits, whether you're a team aiming for a championship, an organization looking to innovate, or an individual pursuing personal goals like quitting smoking or reducing stress. This book is an essential read for anyone looking to make lasting, positive changes in their life.
