We immerse ourselves in each individual project, acting as both your recruitment partner and brand ambassador, adopting our unique approach to attract, select, hire and onboard the best people for your team.

We believe that the best way to hire the very best people is to work with someone who understands your business and your objectives. Your recruitment partner should be able to source candidates you wouldn’t find yourself through traditional advertising methods or through your internal recruitment team. They should be someone you trust to be your ambassador in a very noisy market and committed to the development of your individual brand as an employer.

By partnering with Vero exclusively, you enter into an agreement to use our services for one specific hire, although some clients choose to work with us exclusively for all of their finance recruitment. We will never tie you into a prohibitive contract and we design terms around your specific needs. We will never charge a retainer or cancellation fees.
